[the courage awards] Congratulations to the 2001 Voices of Courage

Last year, the Oncology Nursing Society, Cancer Care, InTouch magazine and the biotechnology company Amgen created The Courage Awards to recognize the unique stories of perseverance and hope of cancer patients and survivors. A committee of cancer community leaders had the very difficult task of selecting 12 stories to appear in InTouch throughout 2001.
